Our coffee equipment is fulfilled and shipped from a different warehouse than our coffee products. Here’s what you need to know:
- Plain Packaging: To ensure safe and discreet delivery, all equipment orders will arrive in plain packaging.
- Fulfilment Time: Orders for equipment are typically fulfilled within 2-3 business days after the order is placed.
- Tracking Information: Tracking will be sent to the email address provided.
- Separate Shipments: If you order coffee and equipment together, please note they will be shipped separately and may arrive at different times. For customers in UK Mainland (including Northern Ireland), you can expect delivery within 3-5 business days of your order being placed. For those in the Republic of Ireland, please allow 5-15 business days from your order being placed.
