  2. Condition of Goods: Equipment or merchandise must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
  3. Coffee Returns: Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we will only replace or refund coffee if it is faulty or damaged. This will be subject to an assessment by our quality control team.
  4. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  5. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for equipment or non-coffee merchandise. In cases of faulty or damaged coffee, please contact us for a resolution.

Returns

You can return any non-coffee items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us at info@omra.coffee with your order details and reason for return. Please note that return shipping must be covered by the customer and we advise to use a trackable shipping service.

Coffee Returns

For coffee, as a consumable product, we only offer replacements or refunds if the product is faulty or damaged. If you have any concerns about the quality of your coffee, please reach out to our customer service team at info@omra.coffee with a detailed description and any relevant pictures.
