This coffee has become a real favourite here in the roastery. A natural-processed Sarchimor varietal, cultivated at 1,525 meters, delivering a vibrant cup bursting with notes of blueberry, dark chocolate, and black cherry.

Crafted by producer Dylan Aguilera, a third-generation coffee expert, licensed Q Grader, and the 2023 Costa Rican Cup Tasting Champion.
