The Producers

Sourcing with Purpose

We are a small roastery and do not have the capacity to purchase the large volumes required for direct trade, therefore, we work with select importers that share our commitment to sustainability, quality, and ethics.

These trusted importers share our dedication to ethical sourcing and allow us to purchase smaller volumes while ensuring the producers are cared for and fairly compensated.

With lots of sample roasting and tasting we select coffees that are great representations of their origin, process, varietal, and producer craft.

The Drinking Experience

Brewing for Expression

We recognise that the way coffee is brewed can significantly enhance its flavour and overall experience.

That's why we focus on three primary methods of enjoying coffee: espresso, milk-based drinks, and filter.

Each method brings out different characteristics of the coffee, offering enjoyable experiences for different preferences:

  • Espresso

  • Coffee with Milk

  • Filter

Our Role

Bridging the Gap

Our role is to act as the bridge between these two worlds. Through our careful sourcing and roasting, we aim to provide expressive representations for each brewing method.

We achieve this with a regularly rotating menu that showcases the diverse and unique flavours each coffee has to offer.

By doing so, we make exceptional coffee accessible to everyone, whether you’re pulling a shot of espresso, crafting a milk-based masterpiece, or brewing a delicate filter coffee.

We believe that by harmonising the producer’s passion and the brewer’s expertise, we can deliver a coffee experience that is not only memorable but also ethically and sustainably crafted.
