As part of our upcoming summer coffee release, we’ve been busy in the roastery sample roasting a series of exceptional lots from Colombia. These aren’t your typical coffees. They’re vibrant, juicy, and packed with complex character - exactly the kind of cup that leaves a lasting impression.
Behind the scenes, we’ve been tasting and evaluating these coffees carefully. From floral and tropical to fruit-forward and sparkling, each sample offers something truly unique. That’s why we’re planning a limited summer release, designed to showcase these standout profiles at their best.
This year, we want to do something a little different with an exclusive, curated selection of coffees that highlight the creativity and diversity of Colombian processing methods and terroirs. Every roast will be thoughtfully profiled to bring out the clarity, structure, and nuance that we experienced on the cupping table.

Sample roasting is how we unlock the potential in each coffee before committing to larger batches. It allows us to taste the raw essence of each lot and tailor our approach to highlight its best attributes. These trial roasts are a critical step in our quality control and green coffee selection process, and they set the tone for what we hope will be an exciting launch.
