Editions is where we release our most curated coffees - limited lots chosen for a specific season, story, and flavour experience.

These coffees aren’t “better” than our foundations or expressions; they’re different. They’re the coffees we bring in when something exceptional appears: a rare process, a distinctive varietal, an unforgettable cup profile, or a producer whose work deserves the spotlight.

Each Edition is released once, in a finite quantity, and then moved to the archive when it’s gone. Some are bright and expressive, some are deep and comforting, but all are selected because they say something. We share them as a record of what we’re tasting right now, what we’re learning, and what we believe is worth preserving.
