Who roasts my coffee?

All of our coffee is roasted by our dedicated team at our roastery. We take pride in every batch we roast, ensuring that each cup delivers the exceptional quality and taste you expect from Ómra Coffee.

How should I store my coffee to keep it fresh?

All of our coffee is delivered to you in sealed bags to extend the shelf life of our coffee as long as possible.

However, coffee retail packaging is not the ideal solution if being stored for prolonged periods of time.

Storing coffee in an opaque, air-tight container, at room temperature is the best solution - keeping the beans away from air, moisture, heat, and light.

Can you grind my coffee?

Not yet! We currently only offer wholebean coffee but we plan to offer grind options in the near future.

Pre-ground coffee has a shorter shelf life, however, so we usually recommend buying wholebean and grinding your coffee at home, if possible.

What brewing methods do you recommend?

We personally recommend brewing coffee with the equipment you currently own or can afford. We understand coffee brewing equipment can become expensive!

We will usually try include recommend brewing methods within our coffee listings to help, so you can also choose coffees based on what equipment you have.

Community & Events

Do you host any coffee tasting events?

We have no immediate plans to host public tasting events yet. This is something we certainly hope to do in the future though.

We have hosted private tastings with wholesale partners in the past and will continue to do so to promote and give partners the opportunity to taste our coffee.

Do you offer any training or workshops?

All previous and currently planned training or workshops have been private events with wholesale partners.

These private events have been our main focus with our current resources at hand. We do hope to plan public training and workshop events in the future.
