Just before Christmas, we welcomed the second of our exciting new coffees to the roastery: a honey processed Pacamara from El Salvador. This unique varietal, known for its larger bean size and complex flavour profile, is a standout addition to our lineup.

When we first received the samples, this coffee immediately impressed us with its vibrant flavours of chocolate, plum, and pistachio, complemented by the rich sweetness that honey processing often brings. We’ve already sample roasted it and will be cupping it over the holiday break to refine the roast profile further.

This El Salvador Pacamara, along with our recent Costa Rican arrival, is now available for pre-order on our website. We’re aiming for an official release toward the end of January, but you can secure your bag today to be among the first to experience these remarkable coffees.
